Greek Yogurt Crepe Filling and Dip

This sweet and tasty yogurt dip is versatile and packed with protein. Use it as a simple dip for fruit and graham crackers, or use it as a filling for a crepe. I have included three different ways you can make this recipe.

Ingredients

1. Vanilla Dip/Filling

  • 1.5 cups plain greek yogurt unsweetened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

2. Peanut Butter Dip/Filling

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

3. Chocolate Filling/Dip

  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Fill crepes with any filling below and add any additional ingredients: chocolate chips, fruit, shredded coconut, jam, etc
  • Use as a dip with cut up strawberries, pineapple, graham crackers, and cookies

Combine the first 4 ingredients to make vanilla filling/dip

    Combine the first 4 ingredients and mix in creamy peanut butter to make a delicious peanut butter dip

      For a decadent chocolate dip, melt coconut oil and chocolate chips together (I used the melt setting on the microwave) Then mix in the chocolate with the first 4 ingredients.

        Notes

        My families' favorite was the peanut butter crepe filling with chocolate chips, strawberries and bananas!
